We support organizations seeking to clarify and reorganize website content so that their mission, programs, and priorities are communicated clearly and coherently.
This work treats a website as a narrative container rather than a technical product. The focus is on content structure, message hierarchy, and clarity of purpose, not design customization, technical development, or ongoing site management.
This work typically includes:
We provide research, narrative, and writing support to organizations seeking clarity in how their work is understood and communicated.
Our services include research briefs, institutional storytelling, proposal narrative support, and content structure for mission-driven websites.

These engagements are designed to help organizations communicate who they are, what they do, and why it matters in a way that is accessible, accurate, and aligned with their mission. This service does not include custom design, technical development, hosting, or ongoing site maintenance.
The Appalachian Policy & World Affairs Network (APWAN) provides an example of how narrative-driven website structure can be applied in practice. The site was developed to organize complex policy, educational, and institutional content into a clear structure that communicates purpose, priorities, and audience pathways without relying on marketing language or promotional design.
While APWAN is an internal initiative, it reflects the same principles applied in client engagements: content hierarchy, narrative coherence, and long-term usability.
